Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Shipping Time
Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Express Delivery: Available in select locations with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days (additional charges may apply).
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery PIN code.
The applicable shipping charge will vary depending on the customer’s delivery location and PIN code.
For certain remote or difficult-to-service PIN codes, additional delivery charges may apply.
5. Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order status using the link provided in the email/SMS.
6. Delivery Conditions
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure secure delivery.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a collection notice.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful after three tries, the order may be returned to us.
7. Delays and Issues
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, or strikes).
