1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across all major cities and regions in India. Please note that delivery availability may vary based on your location.  

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).  
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 

3. Shipping Time 
Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days depending on your location.  
Express Delivery: Available in select locations with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days (additional charges may apply).  

4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1000.  
For orders below ₹1000, a flat shipping fee calculated by product weight.  
Express shipping rates will be calculated at checkout (if applicable).  

5. Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.  
You can track your order status using the link provided in the email/SMS.  

6. Delivery Conditions
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure secure delivery.  
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a collection notice.  
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful after three tries, the order may be returned to us.  

7. Delays and Issues
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, or strikes).  
In case of any delay, our customer support team will notify you via email or phone.  

8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order.  
Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging for a quick resolution.
