Replacement policy

We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. 

Before purchasing, please verify that the product's dimensions will fit in the desired location and that it will fit through any entrance(s) and door(s) of the premises.

It is normal for there to be an unevenness of up to 5 mm in the product due to differences in surfaces, floor levels, and assembling techniques. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a replacement, contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product. you can contact us at support@jblfabrication.store.

Please note Record Unboxing Video: As soon as you receive the product, use your phone or camera to record the unboxing. Make sure the video clearly shows the package, the unsealing process, and the condition of the product as you take it out.

Keep Video as Evidence: Save the video in case you need to initiate a replacement. This video will help us verify that any damage occurred during shipping and not afterward.

Easy Replacement: If there’s any issue with the product, share the unboxing video with our customer service team via email support@jblfabrication.store when you submit a replacement request. This will allow us to process your request faster and arrange for a free replacement within the 7-days
